About HR Advantage Platinum

HR Advantage Platinum is the full integration of the HR Advantage HRIS and Performance Advantage performance management/appraisal system.

The Performance Advantage system replaces the more basic appraisal module found in HR Advantage. Rather than payroll and adminstration oriented, this delivers Australia's first truly performance-oriented HRIS.
