Some people wonder why we don’t have an integrated
payroll in HR Advantage. Some years ago we decided
to focus on HRIS/HRMS only and leave the payroll to
others. Because of that decision we have focused on
creating a high quality HRIS/HRMS with equally high
quality and flexible integration tools so that we
can integrate with virtually any external program,
payroll or otherwise.
For years we have been interfacing with many, many
payrolls for a Single-Point-of-Entry, Best-of-Breed
Solution for our clients. Customers can buy HR Advantage
and use it with any payroll program they wish. The
interfaces are simple to run and take only a few minutes
each payroll to pass the information. We have in fact
four separate methods for integrating HR Advantage
with other programs and payrolls because there are
so many methods and “standards” for integration.
We have worked with many, many systems, payroll and
other types as well.
