One of the biggest changes throughout our customer
base over the past few years has been the granting
of access to HR Advantage from outside the Human Resources
Department.
More and more companies are giving their Employees
and their Managers access to view and/or input their
own information within HR Advantage. There has been
a dramatic increase in this area, particularly with
the Employee Self-Serve. Many of our clients now enjoy
the benefits of having the employees look up their
own information and thus not having to ask HR for
it. Some organisations allow their employees to enter
their own information, others don’t. It is up
to the individual organisation.
Many companies are also giving their managers access
to HR Advantage for their own group of employees.
The security is easy to set up and then the managers
can input or review the information on each employee’s
file directly. This streamlines the operation and
can create significant efficiencies in the processing
of payroll, time cards, absenteeism, training programs
and more.

speed up the implementation and remove the administration
