At a 1:1 meeting the Appraisor and Appraisee discuss
each KPI and required Competence and agree on a rating
They should also discuss issues surrounding the actual
performance (such as resources) and agree on a Performance
Optimisation Plan, before both Sign Off on the Appraisal
